The ICE BAR is our inter-club competition to test and train one’s abilities in the competitive cycling disciplines of Time-Trialing, Hill-climbing, and Criterium. ICE hosts competition in Pocatello and Idaho Falls through-out the spring and summer. At the conclusion of the competition, discipline leaders are awarded a jersey or skin suit on behalf of their success.

* Truckerville Time-Trial: This BAR series event is held on the same course as the Gate City Grind Time-Trial. The course is 6.2 miles in length, running east-west with a slight incline to the west.
* Scout/Crystal/IF Mountain Hill Climb: ICE has three climbs in the series: Pocatello: The Scout Mountian Hill climb is 8.2 kilometers (5.1 miles) in length and climbs 445 meters (1460 ft), averaging 5.4% grade. Start elevation 1530 meters(5020 ft) above sea level. Crystal Summit. IF HC.
